Announcements and Important Information
Norris PTA is online this year! It is super easy to join PTA, pay for your Class Party Fee, and pay for Popcorn Fridays. As this year poses a lot of changes, our goal is to best serve our Norris students, families and staff both virtual and in-person.
We anticipate many changes throughout the school year and we will do our best to navigate them with you! Feedback is always welcome on how best we can provide support to our Norris community.
You can register/renew now in one convenient place to:
* Purchase a PTA Membership:
This helps bring programs, supplies, & funds to Norris. Anyone can join to be a member - parents, grandparents, family, friends & community members.
(Don't worry - This does not require volunteering!)
* Pay for Class Party Fee: (This is temporarily on hold due to COVID-19 restrictions.)
We are asking for $10 for each student to cover the cost of classroom parties this year.
* Pay for Popcorn Friday: (This is temporarily on hold due to COVID-19 restrictions.)
We pop and deliver popcorn seven times during the year! $7 per child covers his/her cost for the entire year. To be on the list for the first Fall Popcorn Friday, please complete the below steps.
* Signup to Volunteer:
We definitely appreciate our volunteers! Volunteering is the best way to be involved in your child's school life and make connections. This can be as little or as much time as you want.
To register or renew your information, follow these steps:
1. Go to norrispta.org.
2. Click on the Log In button or the Registration button.
3. Select “Create Account” and fill in your name, email, and password information (if you don’t already have an account).
4. Click “Verify My Email” and then check your email for a link to complete the process.
5. Complete the Parent/Family and Student Information forms.
6. Complete the Directory/Publish Preferences.
7. Once these forms are complete, you will be presented with forms for PTA Membership, Party Money, Popcorn Friday, and Volunteer Opportunities to complete.
